Fix hover color

Hover for options is way too subtle. Add some contrast in order to make it more distinct.

Repository hyperlink is broken

Accessing the extension page from the vscode marketplace (in the IDE itself), the "Repository" hyperlink seems to be broken.

However, this link seems to work on the web version of the extension detail.

I think this might be mispackaged?

Installs but not available as a color theme. Sorry, I didn't dig to see what the problem might be.
Looks great from the screenshot though.
