Welcome to the Twitter Tides  PHP library!

There are two scripts in this library:
 - build.php: converts LINZ format tide tables to one-line-per-tide CSV
 - run.php: Runs from cron every minute to see if a tweet needs sending

example.csv shows the required file format with date, time, and high or low
height

Prerequisites
-------------
This library requires:

 - Arc90 Twitter Service API
    + http://lab.arc90.com/2008/06/03/php-twitter-api-client/

Download and save it somewhere that run.php can access.
