Automatically send the menu to the user at a given time

A user should be able to opt-in and receive a definite menu (salads, pizzas and daily menu) at a given time.

Store menu data for a given timespan

It would be useful store the menu data once it got obtained to optimize the time required to print the full menu in different pages, since the message is too long if I want to send it as unique long text message.

Probably, 5 minutes is a good timespan.

Add per-user order notes

Let the user select items from the menu and build an item order list.

The list should be saved even at bot restarts.

Notify the user when the website is not available

Notify the user when the website is not available and the menu cannot be fetched.

Show the date of the fetched menu

It happens at the beginning of the day, if the menu is asked by the user, that the "menu of the day" is the menu of yesterday and this behavior, caused from the update of the original website, show be clear to the user so I would add a date when the menu is fetched.
