Deselection doesn't remove available commands

  1. Select a worker
  2. Right-click on an entity that the worker can work on (tree/resource/crate)
  3. Deselect the worker (press escape)

The commands available to that worker (depending on the entity you click on in stage 2) are still drawn to the screen after the worker is deselected. These should be removed when the worker is deselected.

Entity Deletion

Deleting an entity does not remove its components first (I'm not sure that it should) and so any "child entities" do not know that it has been deleted.

The current example is indications of selected entity stick around after the entity has been deleted.

Spawn a worker, a crate and some wood. Tell the worker to carry the wood to the crate. Select the wood. Once the worker has picked it up, the entity is deleted, but the indication that it is selected remains.

Either deleting an entity should remove all its components first.
**Or ** deleting an entity should fire an event for such, passing the event's id.
Or somehow relate "child entities" to their parents in some way.

I think one of the two first options is best.
