Jekyll has built in support for SCSS so it is probably a good idea to use it for our CSS, or at least the custom CSS built on top of materialize. IDK if materialize release SCSS versions of their stuff, if so might make sense to use it.

To promote testing of the installer and reduce the burden on support helping users to manually install impact, we should prominently include a link to download the installer.

We should still say that it is experimental, but we should probably show it before the legacy downloads.

Rather than on big HTML file, we can break it down into smaller template files such as head, header, body, footer, etc. This would make adding additional pages easier if we ever need to do that and would make the main page easier to maintain.
