.emacs.d's Introduction

My Emacs settings

These are my Emacs settings to be used across the machines I use.

Acknowledgements

These settings were created using the great starting point provided by Technomancy, the better-defaults and the superb collection of diverse settings customized by Magnar, the .emacs.d.

Thanks guys!

About

These settings are subject to change over time as the different needs are coming and going. It is subject to be refactored as the complexity grows. Until we get out-of-the-box support to match system dark mode setting in GNU Emacs, a workoraund is provided with this repo. For more details, please see the Docs section below!

The idea was to have settings, which works out-of-the box, with no dependencies on extra packages prior installing the additional packages I use.
