Hass.io addon for flashing the zigbee usbstick CC2531 with this firmware

It follows this good blog entry https://lemariva.com/blog/2019/07/zigbee-flashing-cc2531-using-raspberry-pi-without-cc-debugger and flashes the firmware needed for zigbee2mqtt (see https://www.zigbee2mqtt.io/getting_started/flashing_the_cc2531.html).

Installation and Usage

1. Add this repository url https://github.com/imthemichi/hassio-flashcc2531 to your home assistant addon store (see home assistant doku)
2. Install from this repo the flashcc2531 addon
3. Connect the CC2531 (for details)

Raspberry Pi	CC2531
GND	GND
Pin 38	DD
Pin 36	DC
Pin 35	RST

4. Start the addon. It will finish it self after flashing or if an error occurs.
5. Disconnect from USB

hassio-flashcc2531's Issues

[cmd] /run.sh exited 1

It seems it is not working for me.
I have connected the 4 wires to RPI, but these are the only logs I can see on the add on:

[s6-init] making user provided files available at /var/run/s6/etc...exited 0.
[s6-init] ensuring user provided files have correct perms...exited 0.
[fix-attrs.d] applying ownership & permissions fixes...
[fix-attrs.d] done.
[cont-init.d] executing container initialization scripts...
[cont-init.d] done.
[services.d] starting services
[services.d] done.
Startet
ChipID not found.
[cmd] /run.sh exited 1
[cont-finish.d] executing container finish scripts...
[cont-finish.d] done.
[s6-finish] waiting for services.
[s6-finish] sending all processes the TERM signal.

Could you help me figure out what could be happening or where I could get an error message ?
