Every time I say verify I just get ignored, I do have a red X next to my name but I don’t know what that means

Hey there! We recently added the bot to our guilded server and while it has been extremely useful, one issue I've noticed is that the private replies the bot messages are deleted after a few seconds which can be annoying for the user experience as the user has to keep typing !verify. Is there a way this could be fixed so the message stays around, is there a reason its like this or is this something on guilded's end?

I need a group support feature

I need a setup command to set up my Guilded server with the Roblox group, and a command to add, subtract, and check a player's xp, and if they have enough xp they should be automatically ranked up in the Roblox group (unless a setting for a certain rank is turned off)

I cannot Verify at all, it only updates my nickname on guilded but doesnt give me the verified role.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. I went to verify with the bot and typed !verify
2. It deleted my message after i typed it
3. It updates my nickname
4. I do not receive the verified role.

Expected behavior
What was supposed to happen is I was to receive the verified role
