Also: estimate the development effort to provide the stdout and stderr "real time" to the colab...

Make sure this is done both for SWASH and SPlisHSPlasH executers.

Regarding this: is there some kind of "base class" for an executer that could always do this basic things by default, e.g. forward stdout and stderr to files, and then only have the "derived class" executers implement something a little more specific to the simulator? ... To some extent, the simulator specific part would often be just what dockerfile / command is run...

Check https://github.com/inductiva/inductiva-web-api/pull/55. It adds a method that wraps subprocess.run() and logs stdout and stderr to files.
