This should create different kind of plots depending on what object is passed to it. e.g. a ResultSet should offer several ways to view the decision/objective vars of all solutions - but if it's passed only the objective vars or the decision vars it should just plot them

Currently notebooks is not getting copied when installed using pip. It looks like the only portable way to get it put somewhere predictable once installed is to put in a Python package so that's what needs to be done.

This should probably be a separate widget, for the cases when real time is possible.

This could be an parameter to the widget so both behaviours are possible.

Possibly the discontinuity should be visualised in the slider somehow -- not clear if currently possible.
