Add support for installing the app as a PWA.

Fetch the notes from a data source and List them as cards.

Following are the features that precede this,

1. This list should have options to delete, edit and open the card as a note.
2. Long pressing the list item or selecting through options in the list header should enable item selection.
3. This selection should allow to delete for now.

Add support for List and Reader page to restore content from local DB

Add a simple text area editor with save button, that saves content to local store

Enable auto save as draft in editor.

Add Markdown support for Editor and Reader.

Add a reader page to read the plain text content of a padd.
