Currently the io function can only handle a standard JavaScript object being returned to it.

io: (req, data) => ({ foo: 'bar', baz: returnsPromise() })

I'm proposing that the following also be allowed.

io: (req, data) => [ promise1, promise2, value1, value2 ]

Create a JW.tap() function that allows the user to inject a side effect.
Create a JW.debug() middleware that will simply output the current req.data object.

io: (req, data) => returnsPromise()

Create a JW.branch() function that accepts a predicate function and 2 middleware chains.

JW.branch( predicate, ifTrueMiddlewareChain, otherwiseMiddlewareChain)

If you throw an error from within a function called in either your io or transform function then it will not be properly passed to the router's next function.
