Starting in Android 8.0 (API level 26), all notifications must be assigned to a Notification Channel

Handler only run one time

hi
I hv implemented this sample code now what i am seeing is post delayed runs in every 1000 but it didn't, only first time it print the Log.e(TAG, "Bluetooeth Low Energy device is connected!!");
pls help me here

Notification is removed

Notification is removed from notification bar when app is killed by user.As this is forground service it should not b removed.
