Events are duplicated

When multiple handlers are on the same event, the output is duplicated.

Multiple emit variables

When emitting to the handlers, data should be omittable, and it should be able to be multiple things.

emit("test");
emit("test", true);
emit("test", true, "A");
// etc

Event priority

Allow different handlers on the same event to have different priorities.

Handler return types

Handler functions should have the ability to return something. The emit function would just return an any[].

Handlers cannot be in different files

If the handler functions / class are in a different file from the file that the dispatcher is created is in, then nothing happens. Not idea what causes this.
