No sure this is an issue but I tried to use the latest Angular from their cdn..

<script src="//ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/angularjs/1.2.19/angular.min.js"></script>

But now I get the error function undefined.

Also trying to use Angular Bootstrap and Angular Dialogs but including the js files says ngSanitize module is not available. I include ngSanitize and still doesn't load.

Am I missing something to include in my js?

I've been messing around with this for a little bit to see how I might be able to use it in the future. Everything works smoothly except creating a new user. I noticed that it is throwing the error at the "console.log(error);". Here is a screenshot of the error and the origin of the error to see if that helps.

Thanks for sharing this. I tired to use your code and understand the logic, however create/adding user is not working.
