problem with Futures.ipynb about ipyparallel

the import time of the first cell seems not enough, under windows !?!

it works if I do this:

def sleep_task(t):
    import time
    import os
    time.sleep(t)
    return os.getpid()

is it normal ? For previous version I was adding

c.NotebookApp.server_extensions.append('ipyparallel.nbextension')

to jupyter_notebook_config.py

maybe I should do differently ?

It's my fault, there should have been some imports in there, but I didn't notice because I have those imports in my IPython startup files.

If I'm right, the issue is also on another cell further below

even_lbview = rc.load_balanced_view(targets=rc.ids[::2])
ex_even = even_lbview.executor
for pid in ex_even.map(lambda x: os.getpid(), range(10)):
    print(pid)

complains also of the missing os
