pushy-buttons's Issues

Why not Button elements?

I saw the README promotes using Button. Any reason why you're using links without hrefs when the whole concept is about buttons?

I would recommend promoting the element with classes since the push-button design will lead users to expect them to be buttons, which are triggered with the space bar as opposed to the enter key.

When top of button is clicked, it moves out of the way.

See here, I guess it's getting moved a bit lower during the :active state so it actually is no longer getting a click, or at least the cursor is changing to not be a pointer anymore.

button-tp

Just pointing it out since we had trouble with some buttons doing this. One solution is to add a pseudo :after element to the button in CSS that is absolutely positioned and goes above the top of the button so it accommodates that.

Animate hover effect

It would be nice to add animations (transitions) by clicking on the button, about like here, do you think?

Add CDN

It would be better to have a CDN version of this. Will do a PR.
