Python library that handles the thermal events and the interaction with the thermal events database of fusion reactors

A .env file must be created, containing the credentials to connect to the thermal events database. See the file .env.example for an example of .env file. The .env file must be located at the path from which python is run.

Add strike line descriptor objects

Add a new object, called StrikeLineDescriptor, which describes a strike line. It has the following attributes:

• id: a unique id;
• id_thermal_event_instance: the id of the strike line (ThermalEventInstance) that is described by the object;
• segmented_points: the segmented points in the cropped image of the strike line;
• angle: the angle of the strike line, in degrees;
• curve: the curvature of the strike line (categorical);
• comments: optional comments;
• flag_RT: a boolean flag indicating if the object has been computed in real time or not.

The objects will be stored in the new table "strike_line_descriptors", created by the package.

When a ThermalEventInstance is deleted, the associated StrikeLineDescriptor is deleted, but not the other way around.
