Check if favico is already loaded on a discarded tab (performance)

Is it possible to check if a favico is already there for a tab even in the discarded state?

If able to determine this, then even if a tab is discarded, we would not have to activate, wait, and discard that tab again.

Check discard state while processing

Given a large session, it might make sense to "re-check" the discarded property of a tab right before processing it.

The user may have already clicked on that tab to reload the favico and not need to do anything.

Option to apply to current window only

Hi, thanks for making this addon. I have an enhancement suggestion: an option to reload only the tabs in the current/frontmost window. I use Tab Session Manager "window sessions", so I only ever restore one window at a time, while I already have other windows open. I also use "Auto Tab Discard". So I'd like to load the favicons only for the one window I just restored, and not for the other windows, that may have discarded tabs that already have favicons.

Add animation to the badge when running

Would give users an indicator that it is running. Maybe just display a different badge (or rotate if possible) after each tab is processed.

Stop tab from loading (before discarding) if taking too long

If discarded before loading is complete, the favico is simply loading all the time even as discarded.

Add ability to stop an update sequence

Add notification of items processed when complete

All of the needed information is already logged to the console, just need to pop a notification with the information.
