Quiz is a custom Teams messaging extension app that enables you to create a quiz within a chat or a channel for knowledge check and instantaneous results. Use Quiz for – In-class and offline exams, Knowledge check within team and for fun quizzes within team. Quiz app is supported across all platforms – Teams desktop, browser, iOS, and Android clients. It is ready for deployment as part of your existing Microsoft 365 subscription.

Key features

• Quiz creation: To easily create Quizzes, click Menu (…) below the box where you type your message to find your quiz app. Name your Quiz, add description and cover image. In settings, set a due date for your Quiz and define when the correct answers should be visible. In next page, add as many questions to the quiz and options to each question as you want, and also add images to each of these. When you are done, click Send to publish your Quiz.

• Quiz response: To respond to a Quiz, click Respond on the card. Read description of the quiz and attempt each question in subsequent screens.

• Quiz Results: To see the results of your Quiz, click View Result on the card. You can view question wise result as well as your total score. As Quiz creator click on View Results to view aggregate response for each question. Participation Summary shows the response list along with the participants’ responses and the list of people who didn’t respond to the Quiz. Also, download an image of your Quiz’s results or a .csv file of the response list by selecting Download.
