$ ./init -k <key_file> -r <release_tag> -p <public_ip> -u <https_url> -t <token>

Upgrade a Cafe

$ ./upgrade -k <key_file> -r <release_tag> -p <public_ip>

Upgrade all Cafes

$ ./upgrade-all -r <release_tag>
