Courses Microsoft's OSPO has built for our internal open source community focused on empowerment, trust, belonging and purpose.

Format and Structure

This repository contains a number of courses (and we will add more in future) that we use internally to drive knowledge and culture around open source at Microsoft.

• Each course is broken into modules, and chapters, prefixed by a number to reflect order.
• Files are written in markdown to be simplest for transferring to other learning systems. I have used Jekyll and Course in a Box to present modular content using GitHub pages, these are also easy to cut and paste into Moodle and other Learning Management Systems.
• We have replaced Microsoft brand images with those licensed through Unsplash.

Notes

*Some efforts have been made to make this course generic for any OSPO to use, but there are areas that are specific to Microsoft, which we have left as inspiration to how your company might think of and remix for your own story.
