Getting started

Prerequisites

• A Genesys Cloud organization

• A Salesforce organization

• Genesys Cloud for Salesforce installed in your Salesforce organization

  For the Lightning Experience example, use a version of the Genesys Cloud for Salesforce managed package that supports Lightning Message Service.

Installation

1. Locate an example application that you want to try.
2. Follow the instructions in the README.md file for the example application.
