commercial licence needed

Open WeatherMap requires the use of a commercial licence in order to use a secure connection (https).

Consider using another service that allows icon usage and https access.

ip fallback

@needsmorecoffee consider adding navigator.geolocation as a fallback to ip method. some devices are not able to show a location/place name. i am assuming this is down to ip method from mobile devices.
