Curse 插件自动更新器
目前版本V0.1 实现了Curse插件的自动下载和更新，插件库是实时抓取Cruse的，如果你有WEB代理可以配置上加速，如果没有代理速度也很快的因为不用加载那些需要特殊网络访问的库。速度很快
默认开机自动检测一次更新，然后每隔一天检测一次,如果不喜欢软件常驻后台，可以设置开机自动启动和自动更新后退出，开机运行一次就自己 退出了很省心不用管。
删除插件默认删除插件目录，但是不删除插件配置
后续可能会支持云同步（游戏结束自动上传配置），设置界面的同步和云存储配置暂时是个样子。。。
