I think that we should list the device nickname (if available) with the final bill totals. This would make it easier to inform people of their payment responsibilities. I know I don't have numbers memorized for all devices on my account.

The bucket limits are calculated with the 5% grace on all plans beyond XS. However I noticed I left, for example, the Minutes XL bucket tops at 2100 as listed on the Ting Rates page. I believe I forgot to add in the 5% to that top limit on the Minutes, Megabytes and Messages. Will likely need to be updated on the old and new rates.

currently split-ting doesn't support international calls. in the CSV export for the period the Surcharge ($) column has a value and the Features column has "Int"

Since in the last month Ting has changed the columns available for the minutes and Megabytes I am thinking that we need to use the column header to decide which columns to use for data.
