Needs to be assessed with an oscilloscope in the lab:

• is the command understood?

• is the command really echoed or are RX/TX short-circuited (cannot be assessed by view, because the pins are underneath the module)

• the alternative would be to use AUX UART,

Voltage level translator has directions incorrectly configured.
Because the directional inputs are connected to their respective voltage levels (hi/lo) through 0-ohm resistors, they can be easily swapped.

This might be something that is already implemented to some extent.
However, the code that I just committed relies on my interpretation of the "Fences".

Add missing connection in schematic and update PCB files.

Doxygen is not processing the source code file structure correctly, and generates an empty index file.
To be checked again in a desktop environment, as opposed to the Pi.
