v2 Markey migration

Transition steps

0. Backup database and fork current code commit
1. Create new BSD page for phonebank signups
2. Export all signups from existing BSD signup form
3. Enable maintenance mode
4. Write edmarkey campaign to database
5. Migrate all pages
6. Create users
7. Configure new ENV vars
8. Deploy app
9. Disable maintenance mode
10. Import existing signups and attribute properly

Requirements

• Script to migrate existing pages to new format, create user documents for the page authors.
• Script to read CSV of signups and insert signups to the DB with proper source attribution
