Remove the transcription from the text__ file and put in a separate file under editions.

Missing space after selected bibliography in e. g. https://ivanadob.github.io/aratea-data/desc__st_gall_sb_250.html

currently not all xml:ids used for index entries are unique throughout the project
e.g. tei:place Melk and tei:org Melk are both identified and referenced with "melk". This causes some errors.
ToDo: provide prefixed for index entries

• person__
• org__
