Screenshot proxy

Some phones (7940, 7960) don't return a .png image when queried /CGI/Screenshot, but instead return a chunk of XML with a <CiscoIPPhoneImage>.

cuipp-remote controller shall implement a screenshot proxy, so that the webserver queries the phone for a screenshot, parses the <CiscoIPPhoneImage> and returns a .png (or .jpg).

This depends on IvanSanchez/node-cuipp#6.

Beautify UI

Probably sprinkle some Bootstrap on top, to make the buttons fancier and so on.

Build system should pull local copies of jQuery and DataTables

Pretty self-explaining - add some makefile or grunt job to pull up a recent version of bootstrap, jquery and datatables into local - and update the links on the templates depending on if local copies are available (keep public CDNs on by default)
