1. When the screen is minimized, the navbar appears at the bottom. How can I change this to appear at the top instead?

Amigo, al cambiar los datos en el config, no cambia en ka presentación, se debe modificar el index, o que debo hacer para no cambiar el index y que con solo cambiar todo en el config, se pueda hacer?
