Github integration tests action

This task was timeboxed and couldn't be resolved in time. Issues:

Sandbox:

  • Tests fail because accounts are not funded. Logging sandbox accounts etc. shows no output. IIRC the regular sandbox logs don't appear either. Error in logs "The input device is not a TTY" - couldn't be fixed, commenting -ti, -i, adding -T etc. see ivnsch/sandbox@f1306bb with some attempts. Not 100% sure whether the TTY error is the reason for the tests failing.

SDKs test environment:

  • Can't execute restart.sh script (from SDKs repo), which we need to reset the network between tests. pushd not found on Github environment. Installation doesn't seem to have immediate effect when running script.
  • Can't use goal apparently - would have to use algod / the indexer with the SDK to fund the accounts (currently done with sandbox_reset_for_tests.sh / goal locally) after resetting the network. Would have to make reset_network() async, inject the dependencies etc.
