Error handling for private repos

I'm not sure what kind of error is thrown if the user provides a private repository with no access token but I'm sure that this will be an issue in the feature so this will have to be accounted for.

Split seperate reports into seperate commands

I want to split the creation of reports into separate commands so that it's really easy to distinguish between different areas of your repository.

So for example:
if someone wanted a general report of their repo they would do:
reporeporter all (maybe also provide an access token as an option if the repo is private).
There could also be prompts if they want to do multiple repositories.

and then issues and pulls would have their own commands respectively :)
