What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Download kitty-vst
2. Open kitty in VSTHost
3. Use something to send output to kitty
4. Listen to pops

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No pops and clicks when downsampling the samplerate

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Tried both the latest svn version, and the dll binary.
Windows XP, on VSTHost

I was wondering if you could give me a hand.

I have a post in JUCE about your program, and I am trying to figure out why
I get pops and clicks, and what is wrong. I assume it is the audio
processing function in kitty-vst because if I use ephonic lo-fi, cubase's
bit crusher, or Kore2's lo-fi effect, they all work fine.
