After installing the mod, enchanted items dropped, enchanted items in the toolbar, enchanted armors worn do have customized color, but item held in hand just have MC default look of enchantment glint. ITEM HELD IN HAND means item in my hand in both FPP and TPP or item in other player's hand on a server.
I remove CodeChickenLib and the problem fix.

I'm working on a pack and saw your mods. I like the idea, but I ran into a problem with some other mods. For some reason some of the tab icons in creative are blank, though not all the affected ones are. I'd added a few mods so it took a little bit to narrow it down. The affected items are invisible in both the creative tabs and in JEI, this also includes if they are part of a crafting recipe. The affected mods that I've noticed are:

The Flying Things: tab and most items
Project Red: effect varies by mod, Core and Exploration don't seem affected
MicroBlock CBE: tab and all items
Thermal Series : Miscellaneous: tab and Thermal Dynamics items

User mentioned he didn't like how potion glints are affected.

Problem with MoBends_1.12.2-1.0.0-beta-20.06.20 and NewDefault+v1.43[MC1.9-1.12.2]. Special textures on anvil don't work + armor with MoBends mod not following for animation:
