Spike: output is not a valid es or missing relevant imports

If you have landed directly here then consider going through README for some more context.

Steps to reproduce

Setup

npm install
npm start

Issue with webpack compiled module

Edit file src/index.js line 4

- import JoeBloggs from './components/joe-bloggs/src';
+ import JoeBloggs from './components/joe-bloggs/webpack';

In result you will see following error in browser:

Element type is invalid: expected a string (for built-in components) or a class/function (for composite components) but got: object. You likely forgot to export your component from the file it's defined in, or you might have mixed up default and named imports.
