Uploadcourse.php for Moodle 2
Allows bulk creation of courses by upload of a CSV flat file.

Place in /admin and visit /admin/uploadcourse.php to use - you need to be an administrator.
Currently quite messy, improvements welcome.
All credit to original creators, see credits at the top of the file.
