Make the blur button switch between "blur" and "unblur", or something like that.

Blur recently-typed text more than older text (as suggested by @najela.)

It might be nice to make the interface a little less distracting. Perhaps making the blur button grey instead of black will help it blend in.

Typewriter scrolling would be nice. At the very least, get rid of the harsh transition between the text and the background when it's cut off in the middle of a line.

Use a toggle switch in addition to cmd+h, for mobile (or people who dislike keyboards?)

The current one is still the HTML5 Boilerplate default.

The site doesn't scale very well. Some media queries would be nice.

Support tabs for indentation in the textarea.
