• ld.gold(1) is the other linker in binutils. It's ELF-only and faster.
• lld(1) is a linker from LLVM. It works with many targets and is always faster.

I don't know whether it's a Fedora thing or just some packages not installed, but it's weird to see llc(1) available but not lld(1) and vice versa.

Some commands are distribution-specific. I was looking to contribute the man pages of the wicked networking framework (OpenSUSE) that provides ifup(8) on that distribution. But that would collide with what is present in Mankier from Fedora. Is there a way to work around that?

Hey, first of all I just wanted to say that your work on ManKier is great. It’s in may respects the coolest online thing for man pages that I’ve ever seen. I’m also into hacking around man pages and I have some ideas, mostly about troff handling, that seem to align with what you’re doing. I know this might be a big ask, but how about making ManKier, or some bits of it, open-source? I would definitely want to contribute upstream any improvement that I make that might provide mutual benefit. And I don't mind php, that stuff runs the world.
