You need to be able to deploy in multiple zones.

Maybe just enable a flag for, whether it's creation or deletion, and then use the absent/present flag in the site.yml playbook.

Create a better structure for playbooks:

1. A playbook to create the image on which all hosts will be based (remember to add public cert to authorized_key file
2. A playbook to setup the infrastructure, including the bastion host with config files.

Right now you need to create a custom image for ssh. This is how to do it in production to avoid paying double subs.

For short testing allow the use of GCP standard rhel image. This requires adding a step for installing subscription-manager module.
