Stores clients and stylists for a hair salon, 12/9/16

Description

Manage salon Stylists and Clients, add/view/update/delete Clients and Stylists, add/view/update/delete Clients for a particular Stylist

Setup

1. visit https://github.com/jacobhixon47/hair-salon .
2. clone into repository
3. navigate into the project folder in the terminal
4. run $bundle install in the terminal
5. run $ruby app.rb in the terminal
6. navigate to "localhost:4567" in your web browser

In psql:

• run each of these in psql to setup local database

1. 'CREATE DATABASE hair_salon;' .
2. '\c hair_salon;' .
3. 'CREATE TABLE clients (id serial PRIMARY KEY, first_name varchar, last_name varchar, stylist_id int);' .
4. 'CREATE TABLE stylists (id serial PRIMARY KEY, name varchar);' .

Specifications

1. Returns the name of a stylist

• Example input: Trena
• Expected output: Trena

2. Returns the names of a Client

• Example input: (first name)Joe (last name)Barrish
• Expected output: Joe Barrish

5. Displays all of these results and options to the user
