Course Sense Go

The University of Guelph updated their course selection system, so Course Sense must evolve!

This is a stateless Go service intended to be run in a serverless environment (I use Cloud Run) but a VM would work too.

Perform webadvisor poll trigger in-process

Currently I'm relying on an external program (cloud scheduler) to call /trigger to trigger a poll of webadvisor. This approach may scale better but is more complicated to reason about and configure. Since I'll never be deploying more than one instance of this app I'm going to move to an in-process timer to trigger the poll of watched courses.
