Since most of the pages have dynamic content now a lot of static text translation is unnecessary now and need to be removed.

Blank link added to footer and the sidebar of the about us pages but the testimonial page is not ready. Need to make that.

Fix the errors of the search form related to the new css

Page titles won't appear in tabs. We need to fix that. A static string like life residential should cut it.

Add monthly magazine subscription for the index page.

Remove flag from the index page and possibly from the Language model without damaging other models

Create model + form + view for the contact form

Add management scripts for managing newsletters and search subscription related letters.

Delete the templates which are not needed anymore.

Change the header title text based on which page is rendered

Remove the big open space on the index page.
