Suggested contribution: add support for timezone conversion.

Example use case: an organization running events in multiple time zones.

Right now, it appears events default to UTC, but if a device's time zone setting is different, the time is automatically converted. A helper function could be added to convert time appropriately if a different time zone parameter is passed (following this or a similar format: http://www.timezoneconverter.com/cgi-bin/zonehelp.tzc?cc=US&ccdesc=United%20States)

Expected behavior

I want to create a calendar feed url consisting of a *.ics file with multiple events

Actual behavior

Only one event is in the ics file

Expected behaviour

Would be great if ORGANIZER was added to the properties
Example: ORGANIZER;CN=John Citizen:MAILTO:[email protected]

Actual behaviour

Currently, it is not possible to add ORGANIZER

I may have woken up with the wrong leg - I just cannot get the response from the php file to be downloaded if I don't add the action to the form.

Everything is working fine, I am creating the file on the fly and the response is 100% what I need but I am just unable to make it downloadable.
