Include tags on recipes that provide at-a-glance information about a recipe

Since users may not always want to make the exact serving size provided in a recipe, enable them to scale a recipe up or down, updating the list of ingredients as necessary.

To enable better indexing, scaling, and exporting of ingredients, it is worthwhile to model ingredients separately from the plaintext recipe. Augment the existing Recipe model to handle a new Ingredients model that can be used for future features.

Note: Consider unitless ingredients, optional ingredients, and either/or ingredients.

Enable users to search based on ingredients found in a recipe. Use exact string matching (case insensitive).

When users navigate through a recipe, it can be annoying to have to scroll back up to the top of the recipe to determine what amount of an ingredient was required. To address this, enable "ingredient references" in the recipe itself that place the scaled amount of an ingredient in the recipe.

Enable users to search for recipes by exact matching of title (case-insensitive).
