Currently the healthcheck returns "Unhealthy" even though the Kafka is actually healthy. This is because the healthcheck attempts to create a new topic, even though it already exists and then it attempts to delete this. However, Kafka for some reason will not allow creation because it already exists, and will not allow deletion because it does not exist. Listing all topics or this specific one will also show that the topic does not exist.

This should be fixed by using a simple list command, and then, if this fails, it should attempt to create a topic, list it and then delete it again. I believe there is no need to constantly create and delete a topic to check the health.

According to the documentation, the docker image should only be pushed on Github tag creations, which is different from the currently implemented Github action.

Each time a new update is pushed to master a new docker image should be automatically pushed to DockerHub

Healthcheck is not working if kerberos and https is enabled.
