Web UI does not work, is not accessible

[Feature] Webpage with Live Data as usable Overlay in Stream

The latency of the website from game data to display on the web is surprisingly short, but still unsuitable for live / real-time insertions. Therefore the idea that the tool directly uses its own web server and hosts the data locally as a website (UI for this would still have to be worked out). The streamer could then use this in the stream as an overlay.

[Feature Request]: Split Events to separate Packages

Because the API is typed, it is not possible to listen to abstract objects.
Therefore, we need the child classes all as separate packages.
These packets should then also be sent to separate endpoints.
Just number the events and append them to the package ID.

Example: Event package for "FastestLap" to 31, "Retirement" to 32 etc.

Remove UI

Properties AntiLockBrakes und TractionControl maybe unstable

The properties "antiLockBrakes" and "tractionControl" return inconstant values (sometimes 0, sometimes 1, for tractionControl accordingly also 2). Currently, for a query whether the driver drives with the aids or the number of values must be determined and decided what is correct.
