Refactor the folder structure to match .volpkg for Volume Cartographer

-Make this a different branch as not everyone will want the Volume Cartographer folder structure and it has some extra empty folders lying around in that case

Refactor scroll specific scripts to general ones
Pros:
-less files and duplicate code
-less cd's to get to the file
-easier to maintain
Cons:
-more terminal inputs required to specify scroll you want when running
-The repo already works as is, this is probably the 80 of the 80/20
-perhaps harder to use for less technical users?
~a few more hours of coding + testing

If this is done, probably makes sense to put it on a tutorial branch.
