pyTRS Extensions

Miscellaneous extension functions for the pyTRS library that I wrote for my own use that I don't want to maintain as part of the pyTRS library itself.

(The API of any of these functions might change without warning; they're mostly tools I need for projects I'm working on at any given time.)

pytrs_ext.trs_tools for parsing pytrs.TRS objects from text.

pytrs_ext.pandas_tools for expanding pyTRS functionality to pandas dataframes.
