need solution for empty WeightVector objects

ignoring the object entirely causes problems

plan is to issue a warning and return an SSEA "null" result with invalid "None" 
values

currently using to plot enrichment score variability, but could incorporate 
elsewhere.

When importing large data, mongoimport fails to import some samples

accidentally built an empty SampleSet and code breaks

added interpolation but this is making the calculation take a very long time

test new histogram interpolation code

add mean for groups and mean fold change
